You will receive your first shipment a few days after you join, depending on the shipping option you chose. There is no fee for joining, you only pay for the shipments sent.

You will receive an email notification prior to the billing of your shipment. Billing, shipping and customization updates must be made prior to billing.

Once we process your initial shipment, your benefits will become active. To maintain an active status, you're required to receive at least two shipments per year. As an active member, you'll enjoy perks such as complimentary tastings, exclusive discounts, and early access to events.

You're able to make adjustments or modifications to your order before it's billed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we can't accept any changes to your order or address.
